Harkening back to some of our first reader essays, Chris Boehm is contributing a piece today about the city he calls home: Chicago. A native of upstate New York, Chris moved to Chicago in his early adulthood and has seen first-hand all the aspects of the city that get politicized and pointed to as evidence for a political narrative.
