If you are receiving this email, you're one of Tangle's most loyal readers. The data we have shows that you open over 90% of the emails we send to you. Because you are so special to us, I'm asking you for a very quick, very simple favor — and I’m offering something in return.
Heading into 2023, our goal for the year was to break 100,000 people on our mailing list. Despite hitting some revenue goals, expanding our team, and launching several new products, we are falling short of our goal with just a couple weeks to go. Today, we have about 83,000 people on our mailing list, meaning we are 17,000 people short.
So, we had an idea: What if we could get 17,000 current subscribers to get just one single person to sign up for Tangle? It seemed easy enough when we put it like that, and so we're going to give it a shot.
I'm asking you and 16,999 of our other most loyal readers to get one person to sign up to Tangle. If everyone gets one new sign-up, we'll hit our goal.
You can do that by texting a specific person, emailing them, or posting something on social media with a message about why people should give us a shot. Then just send them a link to our website: https://www.readtangle.com/
Of course, I know many of you have already done this (it's how we got this far), but this is a chance to help us hit our goal and — wait for it — win something yourself.
To give some extra motivation, we are putting up a $500 gift card and some Tangle merchandise as a prize.
If you want to participate, all you have to do is cc staff@readtangle.com when you make your pitch or send staff@readtangle.com an email with a screenshot of you sharing Tangle with friends or family. We'll put your name in a digital hat when we get your email, and then we'll pull names right before the holiday break. The first name pulled will get a $500 gift card, the two names after that will get $100 gift cards, and the seven names after that will get free Tangle merchandise of their choice. So that’s ten winners in total!
